Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Breathe Yoga. When you book a class with us, we reserve your spot and prepare accordingly. To respect both your time and ours, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy. General Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled class. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full class fee. When with the required cancellation period you can cancel or reschedule through our app, by emailing susandavid132@gmail.com, or by texting 07720 015009. Single Session Card Payment If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, you’re eligible for a full refund or a class credit. While you can cancel online, refunds/credits must be processed manually—please contact us directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a refund or credit. You cannot cancel online after this period; please notify us directly. 4-Session Pass (valid for 28 days) • If cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice, the class will be credited back to your pass (must still be used within 28 days). • No refunds or extensions are given after the 28-day period. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the class. Contact us directly to cancel after this window. 10-Session Pass (valid for 12 weeks) • If cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice, the class will be credited back to your pass (must still be used within 12 weeks). • No refunds or extensions are available past the 12-week validity. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in the class being deducted from your pass. Please notify us directly. Unexpected Situations We understand that life happens, and cancellations may be unavoidable. While we empathise, our small business depends on these policies to remain sustainable. Thank you for your understanding. If Breathe Yoga Cancels If we must cancel a class, we’ll notify you as early as possible. You’ll receive a full refund or class credit. We reserve the right to assign a substitute teacher when needed. Agreement to Terms Our cancellation policy is displayed on our website and confirmed during booking.
