Welcome to Breathe Yoga With Susan. I understand that life’s challenges are unique and complex to all individuals. As a fully qualified Yoga Teacher serving the Dunfermline/Fife area, I’m here to help you find yourself and realise your full potential. If you’re feeling lost or stressed, I’ll show you how to move forward in a mindful manner.
My love of Yoga started over 10 years ago. The more I learned the more I wanted to share. So in 2017 I decided to train as a Hatha Yoga teacher with Jyoti Yoga in Fife. I hold a 200hr Yoga International qualification in Hatha Yoga. In 2021 I completed extensive training and received my 500hr Qualification-Transformational Yoga Master with Yoga Alliance International. l am also qualified in Vinyasa Yoga and Chair Yoga
I believe that Yoga is accessible for all and my classes are suitable for complete beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.
Whatever your level I am here to support and nurture you through your Yoga journey and to achieve your own goals.
I teach both Private & Corporate Group Classes and have taught Additional Needs classes for the Local Authority.
One to One Classes are also available where a program is specifically tailored to your individual needs, ability and goals.
